What you can expect:
I will spend some time helping you to enter a relaxed state. During the hypnosis you will be fully aware of your surroundings and you will be in full control. I use personalised strategies, tailored to your needs (I do not use scripts). I may also discuss other aspects of treatment such as lifestyle, diet and exercise.

I believe in empowering you and so throughout your treatment I will work with you to help you develop the skills you need to continue your progress.

How can hypnotherapy help with Weight Loss?

Hypnotherapy can help you discover the root causes of your eating habits and then enable you to reframe your habits so that they are healthier and allow you to lose weight. We can give you tools which can be used long after therapy is complete so that you maintain a healthy weight. Common issues addressed are binge eating, junk food addiction, poor body image and portion control.

Our bespoke Weight Loss program is 6 sessions in length.
