I will spend some time helping you to enter a relaxed state. During the hypnosis you will be fully aware of your surroundings and you will be in full control. I use personalised strategies, tailored to your needs (I do not use scripts). I may also discuss other aspects of treatment such as lifestyle, diet and exercise.

Hypnotherapy can help you discover the root causes of your insomnia and then enable you to reframe your sleep habits so that you can develop a healthy sleep routine. I can give you tools which can be used long after therapy is complete so that you maintain a healthy sleep routine. Common issues addressed are difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking, night terrors and anxiety related sleep issues.
