What you can expect:
I will spend some time helping you to enter a relaxed state. During the hypnosis you will be fully aware of your surroundings and you will be in full control. I use techniques that are personal to you and tailored to your needs (I do not use scripts). We may also explore other aspects of treatment such as lifestyle, diet and exercise.

I believe in empowering you and so throughout your treatment I will work with you to help you develop the skills you need to continue your progress.

How can hypnotherapy help with anxiety?

Hypnotherapy can help you explore the reasons for your anxiety and then support you to make a change for the better and take control. I can give you skills that you can use long after therapy is complete. Common issues addressed are driving anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and fears.
